** - I’ve worked out with RiccioFit in person and I’m currently doing virtual which is amazing. Scheduling virtual training sessions holds me accountable. I schedule my sessions ahead of time and complete them as they come up. The benefits of working with a trainer is getting the results without the guesswork. The workouts provided by RiccioFit are varied and target different areas daily. Bill continues to motivate and encourage me every step of the way and will ALWAYS check in with me on how things are going (especially if I miss a session). The thing I love most about the virtual training sessions is the convenience. I can literally roll out of bed, slip into my workout gear, and be in a session within a few minutes. ** - My son started training with Bill last year when he was in 8th grade. Bill took the time to listen to my son and understand his workout and health goals. The progress they made is remarkable. Now in high school he achieved his goal of passing the ROTC personal fitness test and wants to try out for the weightlifting team. ** - I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience provided through RiccioFit! The benefits of the virtual workouts are awesome in my opinion. The ability to log on to a zoom workout when getting things done at home or just rolling out of bed makes it so convenient and there is just no chance to provide an excuse to not workout. I also like the fact the we register for classes prior because that is another component that holds me accountable. Prior to starting I would have thought there would have been a disconnect personally by everything being virtual but I don’t find that at all. I enjoy your FB posts and emails that I find informative, insightful and up-lifting. ** - The day I met Bill for the first time he told me “don’t let what you cannot do get in the way of what you can do” and he put me right at ease. I am a senior woman who had a list of ailments and was worried about working out in a gym. I was intimidated by other gyms. Working out with Bill Riccio is different because Billy modifies the workout to accommodate what you are able to do. The idea is to get stronger at your own pace, and today I am in the best health of my life from working out. Today I have real muscle honestly for the first time in my life. I no longer use my handicap tag, I no longer limp, I can wear a small heel again. I have more strength and stamina than most of my friends. ** - Our son Tyler, 17 yrs old, wanted a trainer in his offseason as a baseball pitcher. I wasn’t sure Bill trained kids but I suggested Bill as I have been to him before and thought he was amazing. My husband and son were hesitant. They wanted specific things for Tyler’s training. To gain strength, not be bulky and protect his pitching arm all at the same time. Sounded like a tall order to me but I spoke with Bill and he assured us he could deliver. Tyler and my husband met Bill and liked everything he was saying. We signed Tyler up for 24 1 on 1 sessions. After the 1st session Tyler came home excited and had nothing but rave reviews about Bill. He absolutely loves working with Bill and now has joined group sessions. ** - In August 2017 I spent 2 months in and out of the hospital due to complications from a surgery. This experience left me extremely weak to the point that I was unable to walk from the bed to the bathroom without passing out. I lost a lot of muscle. I was always super strong and worked out in the past. When I was cleared to work out again at the end of 2017 I was not sure of where to go from there. I knew I needed someone knowledgeable and someone who cared about my health history. Two of my friends had started going to RiccioFit and raved about it, so I decided to give it a go. Well needless to say I absolutely love it. Billy listened to my story and researched anything he was unsure of. He started me off slow with light weights to test where I was strength wise. I am now deadlifting 125lbs. Last year I could barely open my own water bottle so just imagine how amazing that feels! I am so happy with the atmosphere at RiccioFit. Everyone understands how it feels to have a health goal and to strive for it, we are all working alongside each other and encouraging each other to keep going. I am beyond blessed that RiccioFit was brought to my attention because it is not just a gym it is a part of my life. I have smashed every goal I have made for myself so far, Thanks to Billy at RiccioFit. I plan on creating new goals and continuing to increase my health and strength.
